Shipping Policy

SHIPPING REGIONS
We ship nationwide across the United States. Please note that due to agricultural regulations and the nature of live plants, some products may not be eligible for shipping to certain states or territories. Any such restrictions will be clearly noted on the individual product page. We do not currently offer international shipping.

PROCESSING TIME
Orders are typically processed and packed within 1–4 business days of purchase.

DELIVERY TIME
Once shipped, most orders arrive within 2–4 business days, depending on your location. Live plants are shipped using expedited methods to help ensure they arrive healthy.

SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location.

ORDER TRACKING
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

WEATHER DELAYS
To protect the health of your plants, we may delay shipment during extreme weather conditions (such as freezing temperatures or heat waves) in your area. We will notify you if this affects your order.
