LIVE PLANT GUARANTEE
Because we sell living plants, we stand behind every shipment with a 7-Day Live Arrival Guarantee. If your plant arrives damaged or does not survive within 7 days of delivery, we will replace it or issue a refund, provided you contact us within 7 days of the delivery date and include clear photos of the plant and its packaging.

To be eligible for a replacement or refund under this guarantee, please ensure:
- You contact us at support@backyardwonders.co within 7 days of delivery
- You provide photos showing the condition of the plant upon arrival
- Basic care instructions (included with your order) were followed

CHANGE OF MIND
Due to the nature of live plants and seeds, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind once an order has shipped. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.

NON-LIVE PRODUCTS (tools, accessories, non-seed items)
If you receive a damaged or defective non-plant item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.

HOW REFUNDS ARE PROCESSED
Once your claim is approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
